Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqot zamonaviy umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablarida rahbarlarning boshqaruv uslublarini falsafiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot rahbarlik va pedagogik jarayonning samaradorligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni o‘rganadi va boshqaruv uslublarini takomillashtirish mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqadi. Korreksiyalash mexanizmlari sifatida transformatsion boshqaruv, interaktiv treninglar, coaching va feedback tizimlari samarali ekanligi aniqlangan.
