Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqot maktab rahbarlarining boshqaruv uslublarini falsafiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qiladi va ularni takomillashtirish mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari rahbarlarning boshqaruv uslublari pedagoglar motivatsiyasi va o‘quv jarayonining samaradorligiga qanday ta’sir qilishini ko‘rsatadi. Korreksiyalash mexanizmlari sifatida interaktiv treninglar, coaching sessiyalar va strategik reja ishlab chiqish samarali ekanligi aniqlangan.
