Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological features of developing universal human values in future primary school teachers. The importance of universal values in the educational process, their role in personal development, and their influence on the formation of professional competencies of future teachers are examined. The study employs theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, and generalization methods. The findings emphasize the necessity of implementing value-oriented educational technologies in the training of primary school teachers.
